I love that Lone Tree has separate entrances for cats and dogs, it makes for a much less stressful experience for kitties. I also love all the work they do for TNR and the feral cats in our area, and they have the nicest digs for cats in their exam room! Steve is a big fan, as a failed feral cat turned healthy housecat.
What an amazing veterinarian and staff. My last vet doesn’t hold a candle to Lone Tree. They were loving and patient with my high strung collie. She was deathly afraid of the last vet. By the time she left here, her tail was wagging. Great place!
They are super helpful when it comes to taking care of my animals. Very understanding, affordable and have always taken very good care of my animals. Very easy to get a hold of when I needed them. Highly recommend wouldn't take my animals any where else.
Awesome staff, all around, got my baby in right away. But the prices were too hefty for me, which seems to be a common theme at all vets right now. My baby didn't make it, it broke my heart. I still think this place was awesome.
Just left after taking our three cats in to see Dr. Emily. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Emily was amazing with our animals and even though we had an incredibly spicy cat she handled him with care and grace. They took care of all of our needs and were transparent about every part of the process. We will be loyal customers going forward

We have an adult male cat, Ruby, that's prone to urinary crystals/blockage. Lone Tree has been incredible through the whole ordeal. The level of care and kindness towards Ruby has been amazing every visit. Money is always a difficult topic when it involves life saving procedures, but I feel their pricing is more than fair. Thank you Lone Tree for saving our Ruby!
Dr Emily Whitehouse was wonderful for our dog, Willow. We're new patients and I was definitely impressed with the facility. I've had Willow for 7 years, and I've had pets all my life. Front end staff were very nice, we were welcomed with a sign that had Willow's name on it. We got weighed and were immediately sent to an exam room where we waited maybe 5 - 10 minutes. Vet tech and doctor listened to mine and husband's concerns, she did a thorough check, gave lots of treats to my nervous girl, and discussed prescreening and pain management for some concerns we had. I've been at vets where I've waited forever just to be seen for a few minutes. Did not feel rushed, everything was clean, everyone was nice. There was one test the doctor didn't know off the top of her head, she quickly researched it and told us about it. It was great and we'll be back for (hopefully) nothing serious. :)
And go Buckeyes!
